Amy Frey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive work with individuals, families and couples counseling. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, and couples therapy. She also facilitates our “Cultivating Connection & Community” group as well as our Parents Support Group.

She uses of a variety of therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy and Inner Child Healing. She is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy – Level 1 and Level 2 – through The Gottman Institute. Amy uses humor in sessions when appropriate because laughter creates positive emotions and helps reduce anxiety. Your sessions with Amy can provide a safe place to share, explore and understand your history, identify your strengths and challenges, and set goals so that you can find inner peace and contentment.

Amy is available for individual, couples and family therapy, both in-person and via secure Telehealth.
